Lab 2 Reflection

For lab 2 what i started of with was downloading the picture of the dog and  entered it into Photoshop CC. Once i placed it i created another layer of the background so I can lasso it. Once the layer was created I took the lasso tool and zoomed in into the picture. I lassoed around the dog as perfect as i could. After that i had created a copy of the lassoed dog and kept creating until i had 10 copies of the dog. With each copy I used the magic tool to select one layer of the dog and after this I clicked the select inverse to just choose one copy of the dog. After this i clicked the create a fill or new adjustment button on the bottom right which allowed me to choose different saturation's or choose a different color for the layer. I used different types of colors and adjustments for each copy of the dog. We also had to resize the dog to make them fit around the background. After we created each fill for each layer we had to hold shift and click the two layers to merge them, so that way we can move around the dog and the new adjustments we made will stay with that layer. This technique can be used by web designers because its an interesting way to add to your picture and it also makes your photo more unique. Using all of the tools took practice but for a web designer this is easy and will only take a few minutes and allows their picture to stand out on the website.
